Yasu is a very small bar like eat inn. The chef worked for about 1 month in australia as a chef in a japanese restaurant. He could refresh his english knowledge with us. Merci Kazumi for taking me to this hidden place.
Late night shoju drinkers reserved their own bottles here (Lower row with numbered bottles).
Oishi tempura sticks with vegetables, meat and fish.
He also prepared us Tori No Kintama (Balls of the male chicken). They taste like eggs. Under the shock i wasn’t able to take pictures of them 😉
